Investment
Therapy is an investment in yourself. It requires time, energy, and commitment in addition to the cost. The private pay rate for each session is $135 per therapy hour for individual sessions and $175 for family/couples sessions. I do also occasionally have space for sliding scale clients at a reduced rate through Open Path Collective. Feel free to ask if this is currently available.
Insurance
At this time I am in network with the following insurance companies through Headway:
Cigna
Aetna
United
Oxford
Oscar
If your insurance is outside of these groups, I’m happy to work with you as an out of network provider. Many insurance companies will still reimburse you for an out-of-network provider, so I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to review what options are available to you. I am happy to provide a statement of services (Superbill) to you for this purpose.
Payment
You will be expected to provide payment at the end of each session. I accept payment by check, credit card, and HSA/FSA card through your secure client portal.
