Adrienne Rogers, LCSW

Hi! I’m Adrienne (she/her). I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of Colorado and Virginia. I know seeking support can be hard and I value your willingness to allow me to be a part of your journey. I hope to provide a safe space where you can be seen and heard without judgement so you may begin your path to healing.

I work with people who experience worry, sadness, anger, grief, trauma, and fear. These emotions can be overwhelming. Sometimes people feel a sense of helplessness in their day to day lives, their relationships, or in their own identity. In our time together, I support you to learn to accept yourself, increase self-compassion, and navigate the challenging parts of life while still having room for joy, belonging, and kindness. I see the work we do as collaborative and I place importance on cultivating a solid relationship with you as a foundation for our time together. My hope is that we can walk together through the hard stuff so that you can take action and begin living the life you want.

Behind all this, I work hard on my own stuff so that when I show up to share in your work, the focus is on you. I completely understand that it can feel uncomfortable only talking about yourself! Just know that I’m human too and that this time is for you.

I have experience working with people of all ages, from school age to those nearing the end of life. Outside of working with people individually, I’ve spent time in health care settings, working with kids in foster care, and in hospice and palliative care. In addition to being a therapist, I’m also just a person. I’m a daughter, a cat-mom, a lover of music, a wannabe chef, an ENFP, an Enneagram 2, a traveler, and an appreciator of the outdoors. I really enjoy coffee, riding my bike, deep conversations, and reading a good book. I’m here to make this experience the least intimidating I can. If you have any questions, just ask! I’m here to help in any way I can and want you to find the therapist that is the best fit for you.
